WelQu is operated by Autopilot Analytics. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Plain language only.

What we collect

• Account data — name, email, password (stored hashed). Required to create an account.
• Practice data — sessions you complete, settings you choose. Stored to your account so the app can pick up where you left off.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. We store only a customer ID + your subscription status.
• Device + diagnostic data — anonymized error reports via Sentry, used only to find and fix bugs.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not run ad networks inside the app.
• We do not share your practice data with employers, insurers, or third parties.

How we store it

Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL, encrypted at rest, hosted on AWS infrastructure). Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe under PCI DSS.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. Account deletion permanently removes your practice history within 30 days. Email autopilotanalytics@gmail.com with any questions or to request a data export.

Children

WelQu is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product grows. Material changes will be communicated by email and a banner in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
